Le Grand Cerf is a sublime new chalet of very high standing located on the edge of the forest in Xonrupt-Longemer, 400m from the lake of Longemer and all its nautical activities. Departures of hikes and inns are waiting for you at the turn of the chalet. You will reach Gérardmer, a very attractive town all year round, with its casino, bars and restaurants in less than 5 minutes by car. The space This exceptional chalet of 420m² is divided into 3 levels, with a spacious and very bright living room on the first floor with large windows offering a splendid view of the surrounding peaks. This room of more than 100m² is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a custom-made solid wood table and a living room where you can relax on the large sofa in front of the gas fireplace while watching the television hanging above. In the middle of this space, you will discover the glass floor with a view of the pool. A central seawater aquarium will enliven your evenings. A magnificent staircase will lead you straight to the bedroom floor. You will sleep in 3 rooms each with a double bed, a TV, a shower room (with WC for 2 of them) and an access to an independent balcony. A 4th family suite with a double bed, a shower area, a separate toilet and a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. A 5th dormitory room with 4 single beds in a row and 2 suspended televisions. An independent shower room is provided for this room. On the ground floor, you will enter your Wellness area where you will relax in the sauna and the hammam (2 showers and 1 bucket are provided for your exit), then join the indoor pool and the overflow spa with 2 showers and 1 additional toilet. From this space you will reach the second wooden terrace and its deckchairs.  

Relaxation and tranquility are the key words of the house!

  You will be able to park on the 4 parking spaces, and to store your bikes and skis in the garage next to the entrance. Other information : laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 3 independent toilets (1/floor). A high chair and a baby bed are available for the little ones. For your peace of mind, bed linen, towels and dishes are provided! An apartment of 70m² rented all year round is next to the chalet, with an independent entrance, parking and terrace. The games and sports rooms are under construction and not available at this time. Parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly forbidden. This very high quality chalet will provide you with all the necessary comfort and well-being to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay.
