A performance-driven model where we only earn when you do. We take a 20% management fee from your monthly rental income — you keep the remaining 80%. There are no onboarding fees, and it’s perfect if you want a fully hands-off experience with zero upfront cost.

Option 2: Subscription-Based

Prefer stable, predictable costs? Our subscription model starts at AED 1,500/month (based on your property’s size and location) and includes 100% of our full-service management — with 0% commission. You keep all your earnings, and we handle the rest.
