Monty Holiday Home is a boutique holiday home management company in Dubai, based in Bay Square, Business Bay. We manage 50+ properties for owners as short-term and mid-term rentals, and guests can book our homes direct.
Depending on the property: the DET (formerly DTCM) holiday home permit, set-up and styling, listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, pricing, 24/7 guest support, cleaning, maintenance, inspections and monthly owner reporting.
Mainly on a revenue-share model: an agreed percentage management fee from your rental income, so we only earn when you earn. Any onboarding, maintenance or additional costs are explained before we start.
Not every property is. We look at the location, building, unit type, condition, furnishing and expected demand, and we will tell you if another rental model makes more sense. The free income estimate is a good first step.
Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Meydan, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Marina, Sobha Hartland, Dubai Creek Harbour and Jumeirah Village Circle. For other areas, get in touch and we will review your property.
Yes. Owners can block dates for their own stays, subject to confirmed bookings, as long as they let us know in advance.
