When do I get paid?
You’ll receive a monthly payout with a full breakdown report, plus access to your owner dashboard to track bookings and earnings.
Can I exit if I change my mind?
Our agreements are flexible — but we require a minimum 6-month commitment to properly test performance and stabilize the property. After that, it’s just 30 days’ notice to exit.
