Monty Holiday Home didn’t start as a company.

It started with a few apartments, a leap of faith, and a shared belief that short-term rentals could be done better.

In early 2021, Mountasser Hachem, CEO of Monty Holding Group, had several properties in Dubai. He was looking for someone he could trust  not just to manage them, but to genuinely care for them. He brought in Abir Chammah, a hospitality professional with a deep background in guest experience, operations, and styling. Her approach was simple: Treat every home like it’s her own. Welcome every guest like they matter.

That philosophy quickly turned into something bigger. Together, they saw the gap: Plenty of operators. But not enough trust. Plenty of listings. But not enough heart. So they created Monty Holiday Home not to become the biggest name in Dubai, but to build the most respected boutique property management company in the region. One built on personal care, real relationships, and high-touch service  for both homeowners and guests.

Monty Holiday Home began with a simple idea: short-term rentals could be done better. When Mountasser Hachem, CEO of Monty Holding Group, entrusted his Dubai properties to hospitality professional Abir Chammah, the goal was clear: treat every home like it’s our own, and welcome every guest like they matter.

What started with just a few apartments quickly grew into a boutique management company built on trust, detail, and personal care. We’ve never aimed to be the biggest operator in Dubai, only the most trusted, delivering real relationships for homeowners and memorable stays for guests.

We started small. One apartment at a time. Hands-on. Detail-obsessed.
Owners started saying: “You’re the only ones who actually treat my apartment like a real investment, not just another listing.” And guests started returning, referring, and feeling like they’d found a home away from home.
Sometimes that meant handling check-ins ourselves. Sometimes it meant saying no to growth that didn’t align with our values. But every decision came back to one principle: Put the people first, and the results will follow.
That became our standard, and it still is.
