Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to all reservations made through Monty Holiday Home:

Standard Bookings

• Free cancellation: up to 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund: for cancellations made between 7–14 days before check-in.
• No refund: for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Long-Term Stays (28+ nights)

• Full refund: if canceled within 48 hours of booking (and at least 14 days before check-in).
• No refund: after check-in for unused nights if canceled.

No-Shows

• Guests who do not check in without notice will not receive a refund.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Monty Holiday Home reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation or a refund at our discretion.
