What condition should my apartment be in?
It should be guest-ready. If you need styling, upgrades, or missing essentials, we will advise you on what matters most and coordinate the setup so you are ready to list with confidence.
Who handles guests, issues, and support?
We do, end to end. That includes guest messaging, check-in and check-out coordination, 24/7 support, verified reservations, and routine inspections. If something happens, we manage it fast and professionally.
When do I get paid?
You receive a monthly payout with a clear statement showing income, occupancy, and any costs. You also get owner dashboard access to track bookings and performance in real time.
Can I exit if I change my mind?
Yes. We ask for a minimum 6-month commitment so we can properly test pricing, seasonality, and listing momentum. After that, you can exit with 30 days’ notice.
