Villa full of charm and elegance in a private residence of standing, wooded and very well maintained located on a hillside between sea and mountain.
The residence has a large common infinity pool with a magnificent panoramic view.
Swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30.
You can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes or 5 minutes by car.
You will be greeted by a basket of fresh local produce from the market garden.
The space
The owners regularly spend good times with the family and have thought of everything for your comfort.
Folding sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bags, hats and toys are available for your beach days. You can borrow the owner's paddle at the beach bar.
An electric bike will allow you to take beautiful walks and then to lounge in the garden on the hammock or the loungers, near the olive tree while enjoying a beautiful sea view.
Prepare a good barbecue on the beautiful terrace always enjoying the view and sit comfortably in the garden furniture for aperitivo at sunset.
This spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom (double sinks and walk-in shower), two toilets, a living room, a kitchen-dining room, 2 terraces with sea views and a garden (olive tree, bougainvillea) ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views of the Mediterranean.
An outdoor stone shower (with hot water) completes the set and will allow you to take a shower in the open air while contemplating the sea but in complete privacy. A little Bali tune...
For your convenience, the villa is air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped and an office area is also available.
The family room has 4 beds (a 180cm bed, and two 90cm sofa beds that can be stuck or separated).
A second bedroom has a large double bed.

A 3rd sleeping area separated from the rest by a beautiful curtain includes a 140cm double bed.
The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed (two adults).
The local shops are located 5 minutes by car (market gardeners, supermarket, restaurants, bars). You will receive a welcome booklet with the right addresses.
